By accessing and using ProgNetwork's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

ProgNetwork provides an enterprise-grade multi-tenant SaaS platform for progressive organizations, including:

  • User authentication and authorization
  • Payment processing capabilities

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

  • The service and its content are owned by ProgNetwork
  • All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
  • You may not use our intellectual property without permission

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload
  • You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to your content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
  • We disclaim all warranties except as required by law

Termination

By You

  • You may cancel your account at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period

By Us

  • We may terminate your account for violations of these terms
  • We will provide reasonable notice before termination
  • Upon termination, your access to the service will cease

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
